  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your Order ID and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process

  • Refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected

  • Refund time: 5 business days

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI
